You thought I was kidding about that weekend update, weren't you? NYA-HA! See, I'm not a total loser, just mostly. Anyway, Page 4 is actually the page that I am most satisfied with, character wise. It wasn't until I was preparing the page for posting that I realized that I completely forgot about putting in a background or two. Oh well, just know that they're standing in front of a restaurant in the middle of downtown Wherever. It's an actual city. That I made up.
If it bothers me enough, or I get enough comments [/hint] I may go back and edit it.

School is torture. Fun, but busy. I can't even get a much-needed haircut this week. But I've penciled the next page and, provided I'm not lept upon by the teachers, I should get it inked and up next weeked. Hoping greatly. Perhaps a swarm of comments and page ratings can help in motivation...? XD

Greetings, people who wish to bash my face in! Just reporting that I will not be updating last week, and maybe not this week. I'm going on holiday tomorrow, and come back Saturday or Sunday. Whichever. But while I'm gone, I shall have no computer, and thus no updating. Also, no distractions, so I should be able to get a couple more pages ready to go.That is, if I don't find another source of distraction...

But while you're waiting, no harm in rating what IS already up. Seriously, reader activity really helps me make progress.

Still having troubles with viewing banners. Need to do something about that...

[[EDIT 9/8/06]] Fixed the banner viewing problem. Somehow, my antivirus thing decided it would block banners. I hate Norton...

Sorry for not updating yet; tonight I'm going to ink the next page after I finish my homework. Might get it up, but don't count on it.

A bigger and more immediate technical difficulty I'm having is that I'm not able to see most of the banners on SmackJeeves, and therefore unable to see most webcomics. This is highly annoying to me, as I can't access my favourites or even tell which ones have been updated. I've no idea why it's done that all of a sudden, but it's been that way for about a week now.

But aside from that, school's started off well. I've got Speech and Drama [gotta love this class], Bible, Computers and Keyboarding [fun, but it's a bit fast for my learning rate], Physics [fun yet tough], Consumer Math, English, and Phys. Ed. [mixed feelings about this class]. A couple of those are honours courses, so that'll be a lot of homework later in the year. It'll be a good year though.

So, I do plan on updating soon. And maybe submitting a glitch report...

Yep, I was awesome enough to upload a new page today. That's two days in a row, go me! I was kinda surprised to find that TYE has 3 fans already. Not a very big number, but it still makes me feel nice. Thanks!
Now if only my hit counter would actually not count my own IP adress, that would be great...

Now, as for future updates. School starts Friday, but I am going to try to put up at least one fore page before then. I'm planning the next two pages now, though I have no set schedule for anything at the moment.
When school starts, I'm not sure how often I'll be able to update, since I'm sure I'll have accelerated courses and after-school activities to attend, but I shall strive to put up a new page every week. As for the release day for each comic, that would probably be sometime on the weekend, depending on the workloads.

I had planned on finishing and posting two new pages today, but due to unexpected circumstances I am unable to do such. Somehow, my house is barren of any black markers. I have a couple of expensive brush markers that could do, but I don't want to waste those. For another strange reason, running down to the store to buy a Sharpie is a big deal. As much as I hate waiting, an update may be as late as Monday. Dammit.

EDIT: Seems like a lone Sharpie escaped my attention. Finished the first page, and that will be up at 10 tomorrow morning. I'll be working on the second page until I can put that up [obviously], and hopefully sometime I can put up a new placeholding image instead of using the lame banner.

Finally got the three introductory pages done. Those should be up tomorrow at noon, and finish by 12:30. If not, then I've done something wrong.

Now, the first and foremost thing to remember while reading this comic: it's not going to be very long. I had planned on doing this as a summer thing, then plans changed, and school starts in ten days which will be a major time buster. Blast that I don't have study hall this year...!

When I say this one be very long, I mean it'll be just one chapter long, being 20 to 30 pages, tops. I'm going to try to get more pages done by next week, but I don't have a solid schedule planned out. I think an update once or twice a week would be reasonable... Though with my school, it's terrible tough to tell.
